Shipping & Returns

Order Processing Time
All pieces are made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks from the date your order is placed for your garment to be made and shipped. This timeframe reflects the care, craftsmanship, and attention given to each piece. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destination
At this time, we ship within the United States of America only. We do not offer international shipping yet.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any other shipping fees that may be incurred when accepting your package delivery. Atelier Pervenche is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Shipping Method
Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier once the order has shipped.

Returns and Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
